Shipping Policy

Orders containing our lunch boxes, insulated lunch bags, drinkware, food-storage containers, and practical meal-prep accessories are dispatched according to the stages below.

Before shipment

We generally need 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization to verify and pack an order. Shipping fees and eligible destinations appear during checkout, where accurate address and contact information are required.

After dispatch

Carrier travel is expected to take 4–6 business days after dispatch, separate from handling time. Saturdays, Sundays, and relevant holidays do not count, and carrier dates remain estimates. Tracking updates are provided when supported. Email asifsavnursavnur@gmail.com with the order and tracking numbers if a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found.
