What are the timing stages?

Allow about 1–2 business days after authorized payment for order handling. Carrier transit is then estimated at 4–6 business days and is not a promised delivery date.

What if the item is wrong or damaged?

Report defects, damage, shortages, incorrect goods, or a material mismatch within 30 calendar days of delivery. We may request photos or video. Buyer’s remorse, preference, and selection errors do not qualify for voluntary return.

How fast are approved refunds?

We initiate them to the original payment method within 10 calendar days, although provider posting can add time.
